Jump to: Activations Report | Low Usage Report | Village Notifications Report | Scheduled Reports | Change Log | Activity Monitoring | Integrating Portal Data ## This guide covers the reporting tools available in the LifeGuard Manager's Portal, along with the Change Log and Activity Monitoring features. ### [Activations Report](ANCHOR: Activations Report) Shows who pushed which alarm and when. Choose your date range and format, and include or exclude specific fields, or leave everything in for a full report. ### [Low Usage Report](ANCHOR: Low Usage Report) Shows who hasn't tested their alarm. Choose a date range, and optionally include call points and pendants (a recently programmed device may show as untested even if it's working correctly). We'd recommend leaving all device types in the report for the fullest picture. ### [Village Notifications Report](ANCHOR: Village Notifications Report) Breaks down the notifications your village has sent into a report. ### [Scheduled Reports](ANCHOR: Scheduled Reports) Available on the same Reports page, select Schedule Reports, choose the village, delivery method, report type, and any criteria, then save. Reports are then generated and sent automatically from then on. This is set up per person, so each staff member needs to schedule their own reports. ### [Change Log](ANCHOR: Change Log) A record of what was set up in the Portal and by whom, giving your village a clear audit trail. Filterable by field. ### [Activity Monitoring](ANCHOR: Activity Monitoring) Currently in development for the INS LifeGuardian® app. Once available, it will let you set up welfare checks for residents, for example, raising an alert if a resident doesn't press a check-in button on their phone within an expected window. ### [Integrating LifeGuard Portal data with your systems](ANCHOR: Integrating Portal Data) If your village needs Portal data to connect with your own existing systems, INS may be able to develop an API to make that possible, helping streamline access to information alongside your other data sources.
