Customer and Sales Support Officer
The Customer and Sales Support Officer will be essential in growing the LifeGuard client base across Australia, working standard Monday to Friday office hours.
Your daily responsibilities include:
- Serving as the first point of contact for inbound calls from existing or potential customers.
- Following up with customers and gathering feedback.
- Reaching out to individuals who have shown interest in our services.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes.
- Assisting in reporting sales targets.
- Providing administrative support to both sales and customer service teams.

Enrolled/Registered Nurses
We seek qualified nurses in Wollongong, New South Wales, who possess a range of skills, including clinical expertise, critical thinking, empathy, and excellent communication abilities.
Night and weekend shifts may be required. Your responsibilities include ensuring clients have quick access to skilled nursing care during emergencies.
Key tasks involve:
- Utilising clinical expertise in our medical monitoring and response centre.
- Conducting telephone triage assessments as the first point of contact, offering prompt assistance.
- Responding swiftly and effectively to alarms raised by clients experiencing isolation, distress, or medical emergencies.
- Collaborating within a multi-functional team to support a range of 24/7 medical and emergency services.
