INS CareCall provides and monitors emergency response equipment and services, offering hardware from Chiptech, Smart-Caller, SmartLink, and the LifeGuard L-Series Diallers.
Alarms are monitored through INS LifeGuard's exclusive Emergency Response Centre, the only personal alarm response centre staffed by qualified nurses.

Enrolled / Registered Nurse Duties
We aim for our clients to easily reach qualified nurses during emergencies, and your proficiency in the following tasks is essential:
- At INS LifeGuard, nurses apply their clinical skills in our medical monitoring and response centre.
- Our nurses serve as the initial point of contact for clients, conducting telephone triage assessments and ensuring swift assistance.
- Our nurses respond quickly to alarms raised by clients experiencing isolation, distress, or medical emergencies.
- Our nurses work together in a team that handles different jobs and provides help for medical and emergency services 24/7.
Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for qualified nurses located in Wollongong, New South Wales, who have the following skills, experience, and attributes:
- Accreditation as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
- Current First Aid certificate
- Experience working in aged care, or home and community care
- An understanding of the needs of the aged care community including the importance of the role played by home care and monitoring
- A warm and friendly personality, empathy, and the ability to build rapport quickly
- A high level of customer focus
- The ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships with staff, clients and their significant others, and external service providers
- Excellent verbal and written communication including listening skills
- The ability to think critically and solve problems using a logical process
- Computer literacy
- A high level of initiative
- Teamwork
- Willingness to work a range of shifts including night shift and weekends
